The bed in our queen room was exceptionally comfortable, allowing for restful nights. The staff provided excellent service, helping us with luggage shipment after our stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka. The panoramic views of the city from my room were breathtaking, especially at night. The location above Namba station made it super easy to get around. I appreciated the free data phone provided for guests, a nice touch for exploring the area. The breakfast selection was impressive with both Japanese and western options. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom was lacking space for personal items, and the lack of a ground-floor check-in made arrival feel a bit impersonal. While the lobby looks grand, the rooms could use some modernization. Would definitely return for the location and comfort it offered.

Staying here made my weekend so enjoyable, with the bustling Dotonbori just 600 meters away and the Shinsaibashi shopping area a short stroll away, I could easily soak in the culture and cuisine of Osaka. plus, the OCAT bus terminal is right next door for smooth airport access.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short walk from Dotonbori, with a fantastic city view from the room. While the room felt a bit dated and cramped, cleanliness was satisfactory. It would have been ideal if there were better air circulation and a more welcoming atmosphere.

I really loved the amazing city views from my room and the comfortable pillows. The supermarket downstairs was super convenient, and the breakfast options were delicious! I’d absolutely stay here again despite the elevators being a hassle.

hotel monterey is located right next to the ocat station, making it super easy to catch buses to other cities. the room was cozy and had all the practical amenities you could need. i loved that they provided...
